“As a Brand Manager, you are the ambassador of the Maison. Your main job is to translate its global strategy and vision for the local market. So the better you understand how things work at grassroots level, the better you’ll perform vis-à-vis your competitors. It’s a highly entrepreneurial challenge that lets you make your mark in a particular geographical area.

For me, it’s been a personal journey and I am seeing myself grow, mature and learn all at once. Rather than “just” being about achieving the monthly or yearly objectives, I’m broadening my horizons and learning a new set of skills as well as growing and developing new teams to tackle challenges together. It’s also about pinpointing and fostering new talent and offering growth opportunities to fellow team members, something which plays a big part in achieving personal satisfaction.

This has been a fantastic and unique opportunity to represent and develop a Richemont ‘Maison’ internationally.”
