1. 경쟁사 및 시장 트랜드 분석을 바탕으로 매장 매출 달성 및 증대를 위한 계획 수립 및 실행
2. 신규고객 창출 및 기존 고객관리를 위한 전략 수립 및 실행
3. 메종의 가치(Value)와 기준(Standard)에 따른 최상의 매장 환경 유지 및 관리
4. 팀원의 성과달성과 동기부여를 위한 코칭 제공 및 팀 역량 강화
5. 재고 관리, 백오피스 업무를 포함한 매장 운영 전반을 관리 및 감독
[자격 요건]
1. 럭셔리 브랜드 근무 경험을 포함한 12년 이상의 리테일 경험
2. VIP 고객 이벤트 경험
3. 다수의 직원 관리 경험
4. 탁월한 비즈니스 감각
5. 직원 코칭 스킬
6. 분석력, 커뮤니케이션 스킬
