YOUR MISSION: Execute and contribute to the Contact Center activity in the assigned scope while ensuring highest Service Quality towards clients in line with Brand standards. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? - Execute a variety of intricate onboarding and offboarding processes, such as advanced vetting procedures and calculating severance payments, ensuring precision, efficiency, and timely completion. - Address inquiries from internal or external clients or suppliers by providing detailed information on policies and procedures, escalating complex issues as necessary. - Assist in managing internal client relationships by supporting team members in building effective working relationships. - Input payroll data accurately to facilitate the efficient delivery of payroll services, prepare payroll for bank submission, and enter data into financial systems; generate payroll reports and perform reconciliations. - Verify the accuracy and completeness of HR data provided, and enter the data into HR information systems following established procedures. - Support the delivery of HR data analyses and identify trends to contribute to the creation of HR insights that aid in diagnosing business issues, enhancing employee engagement, and improving business performance. - Create, organize, and maintain files containing correspondence and records for senior colleagues. - Draft routine letters, memoranda, reports, and similar documents following detailed instructions, utilizing the full range of functions within standard office software. - Provide guidance and informal advice to less experienced team members to develop their skills. - Develop and maintain excellent process or technical skills through participation in assessment and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training and coaching. - Acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, ensuring adherence to mandatory procedures to meet required standards. - Upper Secondary School education required. - Demonstrated experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems. - No managerial experience required.
