  • Where can I find a list of open jobs?

    You can search the list of current job openings by clicking on ‘Jobs’ in the website banner or by clicking on the links ‘View All Jobs’ in the website’s pages.

  • What are Job Alerts and how can I set them?

    Job Alerts are a personalized service we offer to allow you to receive notifications of recommended jobs based on the preferences you have expressed.
    Once created, you will receive a Job Alert as soon as a relevant position is posted on our website. You can manage the types of jobs you wish to receive; the frequency in which you wish them to be sent; as well as unsubscribing from Alerts at any time.

    The Job Alerts are managed from the ‘Jobs’ page. To create one, please specify your preferences, selecting at least one of the criteria (functional area, company and/or Country); followed by the frequency you require; and your email address.
    Your email address is required to send you the job alert. Your personal information is safe, securely managed, and will not be shared with outside parties for commercial use. To find out more, please read our Privacy Notice.
    Please note, you will receive an email confirmation immediately after a Job Alert creation with a link to follow allowing you to confirm the Job Alert service.
    Only one Job Alert can be set from this page. Should you wish to create multiple Alerts, please create or login to your Candidate Profile.
    To unsubscribe from a Job Alert, click on the link “Unsubscribe your job alert” in the Jobs page.

  • How can I apply for a Job posted online?

    If you have found an interesting job posting, simply click on the ‘Apply’ button on the upper left hand corner above the job posting. You will then be asked to complete an online application form.

    If you have previously registered and released your profile in our Candidate area, you simply need to log in with your existing user name and password and apply for this job directly from the Candidate area.

    By releasing your profile in our Candidate area, your personal details will be saved in our secure database, which is regularly searched by our Recruitment Teams. You will be able to use your profile to search and apply for other positions, without having to fill-in an online application each time.

  • How secure is my personal information?

    It's very secure. Take a look at our Privacy Notice.

    Your personal information is held in a secure environment, by an encrypted HTTPS environment and certified by a recognized internet security certificate.
    Please note, you will have to agree and tick the Privacy Notice before submitting your details.

  • I am having problems accessing and using the site. What should I do?

    Depending on the issue type, we can recommend you try the following steps to resolve the problem:

    • If the website does not open, find out whether you can access any other internet sites. If you are sure the issue is specifically related to this site, then take a look at the error message.
    • If you receive an error message relating to a ‘network error message’, it could be that you are accessing our website from within a corporate network which is blocking access.
    • If you have recently changed your password and it is not being recognized or your receive an error message, you may need to empty your browser’s cache for the new password to be accepted.
    • If you are using Opera, you will not be able to complete the online application form owing to compatibility issues.
    • If some website content is not displaying correctly, such as the ‘job offers’ or the ‘candidate overview’, this could be due to popup blockers in your web browser. We would suggest you disable the popup blockers by changing your web browser settings. For example:

      for Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 and 9: open browser, go to Tools, Internet Options, Securty and disable the Pop Up Blocker.
      for Chrome open browser, open Menu, click on Parameters, click on Advanced Parametersand under Security you can authorize Popup windows.
      for Firefox , click on Tools, select Options the click on Content and uncheck Block pop-up windows.

    For security reasons, the system will perform an automatic logout after 30 minutes of inactivity.

  • What are the advantages of registering a Candidate Profile?

    By creating a Candidate Profile, you will benefit from a number of online candidate services, such as:

    • Creating & Managing your Profile to keep it updated
    • Searching and applying for jobs without completing another application form
    • Setting Job Alerts for roles that match your skills and experience
  • Can I attach a resume / CV?

    Yes. We strongly encourage you to attach an updated version of your CV / resume whenever possible.

  • How long will my Candidate Profile be kept online?

    Candidate Profiles will remain active for 12 months, provided you have recently logged into the system. If you do not access your Candidate Profile within the 12 months, you will receive a notification by email on the 11th month to advise you that your Profile will expire in the following month. If you decide to access your Profile at this time, your details will be kept online for another 12 months.

  • How often are new jobs posted and how long do they stay online?

    We post jobs regularly (often daily), so we recommend you visit the Careers pages frequently to stay updated.
    Job openings are advertised online until the position is filled. Whilst rare, our Recruiters reserve the right to remove job postings prior to the deadline.

  • How will I know my application was received and who will view it?

    You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt as soon as you submit your application online. The relevant Recruiting team will review your application in line with the requirements of the position and will keep you informed of all subsequent steps by email or telephone call.
    Just before saving your Candidate Profile, you will be asked whether you wish to ‘lock’ or ‘release’ your Profile.

    • If you choose to ‘release’ your profile, your details will be made available to our Recruiting teams in all our brands and across the world. You will also be able to use your profile to search and apply for other positions, without having to fill-in an online application each time.
    • If you choose to ‘lock’ your profile, your details will not be visible by our Recruiting teams. You Profile will stay active for you to return to and apply for future jobs, but will not be available for our Recruiters to consult.
    • If you are applying to a specific job your application will go directly to the Recruiting team responsible for that job, unless you choose to ‘release’ your profile as well.
  • Can I apply for more than one job at a time?

    Yes. You are welcome to apply for any jobs that you believe match your skills and career aspirations. However, we would recommend not to apply for more than 3 positions simultaneously.

  • Can I mail or fax my application to you?

    You are welcome to write to us but we would prefer to receive an online submission of your details. This will allow us to manage your application more efficiently and to share your information with our recruiting brands and countries should you so wish.

  • Can I delete an application if I change my mind?

    You can delete your Candidate Profile as well as any application which is underway, at any time. To do so, login to the Candidate area and click on ‘Delete registration’ from the Manage Profile screen. Please note this will permanently delete all your data and history.

  • Can I submit my details even if I don't see a job that interests me or suits my skills?

    If there are no jobs listed that currently suit your expectations, we would recommend that you visit our 'Career Paths' page which will give you more insight in the specific profiles we are looking for. If your profile matches one of the described paths, you can go through a short questionnaire and submit your CV/resume into our Candidate Pool, which is regularly searched by our Recruiting teams worldwide.

  • Do you offer international positions?

    Yes - Job opportunities are available worldwide. You can search the job openings by filtering the results by Country.
    However, if you wish to be considered for work in a country other than your country of origin, or other than your current place of work, please ensure you have the relevant work permit for that country.

  • Do you offer Internships?

    All our positions are published online (including internships and graduate entry positions).

  • How do I set a password?

    Passwords must be a minimum 6 characters of which, 1 capital, 1 number and 1 special character. The password cannot be the same as the last 5 ones previously used. Passwords are case sensitive.

  • How do I change my password or username?

    You can change your password to access your details from the “Jobs” page and clicking on the link ‘Already submitted your CV?’. Click on ‘Password forgotten’, enter your email address only and generate new login details (you do not need to enter your user name). Click on the link ‘change password’. You will be asked to enter your previous password and choose a new one.

    The new password needs to be different from the last 5 passwords and must be 6 characters long, with minimum 1 number and 1 letter. Please note, you will need to remember this new password as it will not be confirmed to you by email.
    To change your user name, login in to your Candidate Profile, go to ‘Manage Profile’ and click on 'Change User name’. You will need to enter and save a new user name. Please remember this new user name as it will not be confirmed to you by email.

  • I have forgotten my password

    New passwords can be requested by clicking on the link "password forgotten". You will be asked to enter your e-mail address to which we will send the new password to. Please note the e-mail address must be the same as the one you provided in your profile.

  • How can I change the language settings?

    You can change the language settings to read the screens in English, French, German or Traditional Chinese. Login to your Candidate Profile and go to ‘Personal Settings’ in Manage Profile to select your preferred language. Please note, for the language display to take effect on your screens, you will also need to change the language settings of your internet browser.
    You can also choose to receive the emails and letters sent to you in English, French, German or Traditional Chinese. To do so, select your "preferred language" in Personal Settings, and all subsequent correspondence will be adapted.

  • I did not receive your email or the email you sent me does not display correctly

    We recognize that different email providers use different screen width setting and this can create some correspondence to be misaligned.
    To view the message in a correct format we suggest changing the settings in your email account.
    Some email clients may send unrecognized correspondence to the Spam folder.

  • Why does Richemont apply a pre-employment screening and what specifically does it entail?

    As a responsible employer we have a duty to protect our employees, customers and assets. It is essential that we have put in place a standard process to guarantee consistency in our recruitment processes globally.
    Our process involves the fact that potential employees may be asked to voluntarily disclose specific information during the interview process. Depending on the position for which a candidate is being recruited, Richemont and its Maisons may then work with our carefully selected external business partners to verify the accuracy of the information provided by candidates, to the extent permitted by law.
    As standard practice, reference checks will be conducted on candidates before a formal offer of employment is made. These reference checks include verification of education, employment history and personal and/or professional references.
    In all cases, the pre-employment screening process is conducted in line with all applicable laws and regulations and only after the full consent of the candidate has been given.

  • Who do I contact for questions related to my application?

    You can track the progress of any job you have applied to online by logging into your Candidate Profile, and clicking on ‘View My Applications’ in the Search & Apply screens. Alternatively, you can call the Recruiting Manager identified in any correspondence that is sent to you.
