We are looking for a bright and motivated HR Generalist Intern to join our Human Resources team. This is a unique opportunity to gain practical and in-depth experience in all aspects of the HR function within a high-level industrial context. The ideal candidate will be proactive, eager to learn, and able to support the HR team in daily activities and strategic projects.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
The intern will support the HR team in the following areas:
Recruiting & Selection:
Support in publishing job advertisements on various platforms.
CV screening and application management.
Organization and scheduling of interviews.
Support in onboarding activities for new hires.
Use of SAP for creating purchase orders related to HR services and collecting documentation for vendors master data creation within the system.
Personnel Administration:
Support in managing personnel-related documentation (contracts, hirings, terminations, variations).
Updating and maintaining HR databases and personal files.
Support in preparing HR reports and statistics.
Training & Development:
Support in organizing internal and external training courses.
Monitoring attendance and managing all training “logistics”.
Contribution to the creation of training materials.
Internal Communication, People Development & Employer Branding:
Support in drafting internal communications.
Contribution to initiatives aimed at promoting corporate culture, people pevelopment, and employer branding.
Support in communicating initiatives through the preparation of PPT presentations.
HR Projects:
Active participation in specific HR projects (e.g., climate analysis, development of HR policies, digitalization of processes).
Research and analysis of HR best practices in the sector.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE THE SUCCESS WITH US?
Graduating student/graduate in humanities, economics, law, or related disciplines, preferably with a specialization in Human Resources, with an interest in the Luxury sector and with the following characteristics:
Good level of English language proficiency (B1 or higher).
Good proficiency in using Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools for reporting and presentations.
Excellent writing skills.
Ability to interact appropriately with different types of stakeholders (candidates, suppliers, managers).
Empathy and Conscientiousness.
Organization and precision.
