In an environment where excellence, attention to detail, and workplace experience are essential, the Senior Workplace & Facilities Manager is responsible for organizing / coordinating facilities and operational services, ensuring consistency and high-quality level according to Richemont standards across the portfolio.
The Senior Workplace & Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the SEAO sub-region within APAC, which includes Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Australia. This role involves close collaboration with Local, Regional, and Group Management, as well as our Maisons. The individual will proactively identify and manage local market requirements, encompassing renovation projects, daily operations, and established procedures, all with the goal of ensuring organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
The manager will be the ambassador of the 4 strategic pillars of the division: Workplace, Hospitality, Facility & Sustainability and the role will be key in driving continuous improvement and supporting Richemont's overall operational excellence.
Strategic Leadership & Operational Excellence
Deliver high-level services (hospitality, maintenance, cleaning,..) aligned with Richemont standards; proactively identify and address operational challenges across the portfolio.
Lead the development and execution of regional project rollouts specifically for the SEAO market.
Reinforce the core workplace and facilities team to effectively support new initiatives for the sub-region.
Provide ongoing support to Maisons for boutique facilities operations and office renovation projects.
Manage service providers across the portfolio, identifying country and cross-Maison synergies to ensure efficiency and service quality through an Integrated Facility Management (IFM).
Manage local projects and ensure successful implementation of digitalization and automation initiatives for offices and boutiques to streamline service requests, planned maintenance or hospitality experience.
Demonstrate agility and adaptability in multitasking, consolidating and summarizing buildings and offices space requirements - Coordinate when needed workplace projects including refurbishments or moves.
Implement KPI and SLA’s monitoring and reporting to enable continuous optimization of site activities and budget impact.
Develop and monitor operating budgets with a focus on performance and synergy.
Guarantee regulatory compliance across the entire scope, including Sustainability requirements.
Communication & Collaboration
Promote collaboration with internal division (Maisons and Richemont) following correct lines of communication and best practices sharing.
Facilitate seamless project transitions to go-live and operations through effective Change Management and Communication, ensuring engagement and alignment.
Maintain positive communication with suppliers and partners, fostering strong collaboration.
Structure and develop Workplace & Facilities team to reflect the 4 pillars.
Ensure solid communication with Local, Regional and Group.
Education
Bachelors or Masters degree from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent.
Specialization in real estate, facility management, hospitality or luxury retail is a plus.
Experience
+8 years of experience in facilities management and/or project management roles, ideally in the luxury industry.
Proven experience managing IFM vendors and ticketing systems.
Regional experience is a advantageous.
Proven experience managing multi-site portfolios in an international environment.
Strong oral and written communication in English is essential due to the need to communicate across all markets in the region; additional languages are a plus.
