YOUR MISSION:
The Senior HR Executive, People Operations will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the employee experience at Richemont. This individual will be responsible for providing HR Operations support to Richemont and our Maisons in Singapore whilst also supporting our Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam teams as and when needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background, capable of driving HR excellence and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
HR Operations & Administration:
Manage the full employee life cycle activities from onboarding to offboarding, including but not limited to letter preparation, work pass management, system maintenance and physical on and offboarding works for the assigned entities within Singapore.
Maintain smooth running of the HRIS systems (Workday & SAP).
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems.
Administer MOM work pass applications, renewals and cancellations and ensure timely updates of employee data to MOM.
Oversee and optimize HR operational processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Manage HR data and analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure seamless administration.
Support HR system implementations and improvements.
Manage relocation journey, including partnership with various internal stakeholders and external vendors on logistics support, immigration, school, tax and relocation policies.
HR Policy & Compliance:
Develop, update, and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with local labour laws and Richemont's Group standards.
Stay abreast of changes in employment and immigration legislation and best practices, recommending necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.
Manage HR-related documentation and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Partner with Internal Audit, Internal Compliance, Finance and external auditors to support audits, and control reviews.
Projects:
Participate in, and when required lead, key projects across the HR function including those around simplification, automation, HRIS systems and process enhancements.
Stakeholder Management:
Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Centre of Excellence (CoEs), Payroll and HRIS to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the entities which are being supported to ensure clear and concise communication flow.
SCOPE
Primary operational ownership for Singapore with support required to other markets.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with a significant focus on People Operations, HRIS or Payroll.
Proven experience in implementing and refining HR policies and procedures.
Strong knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.
Excellent team player, with an ability to collaborate with individuals across functions and business entities at differing levels of seniority.
Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in a multinational or luxury retail environment is highly desirable.
Highly results oriented individual with a proven ability to multi-task.
