Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Develop a strong understanding of the business context, priorities and strategy to be able to provide advice and counsel to support business decisions.
- Establish a strong partnership with stakeholders across all levels.
- Gather requirements from the business on workforce planning and work closely with business leaders and managers to formulate a workforce plan to support business growth.
Talent Acquisition
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to support the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels within the assigned Maisons, providing support with talent sourcing, screening to interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing and recruitment needs, support in developing job descriptions, and consistently work towards ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Partner with the Maisons to implement effective recruitment strategies locally to attract top talent, including leveraging internal and external channels.
Employee Experience & Relations
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers in the market on HR-related matters, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
- Align with the Maisons to develop and implement initiatives locally to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and retention.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations best practices and legal compliance to ensure adherence consistently.
Learning & Development
- Partner with Maison stakeholders (locally and within their respective HQs) and Regional HRBPs to identify training and development needs across the Maisons through performance reviews, talent mapping, and business objectives.
- Coordinate L&D programs, workshops, and initiatives in market, leveraging regional resources and local providers.
- Support career development and succession planning efforts.
Talent Management
- Oversee the local annual performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end appraisals and partner with Regional HRBPs to ensure that Maison specific timelines are communicated and met.
- Coach managers on effective performance feedback, objective setting, and performance improvement plans.
- Manage and calibrate the annual organization and talent review process and ensure accurate talent evaluation information is captured on Workday and respective systems.
Compensation & Benefits
- Work closely with the Total Rewards team on salary benchmarking exercises, make recommendations based on market data and organizations' priorities;
- Support the implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.
- Participate in annual salary reviews, bonus calculations, and benefits enrolment processes where required.
Internal Communications
- Support the dissemination of important company related information, both Richemont Functions and Maisons, HR policies, and initiatives to employees within the assigned Maisons.
- Develop clear and engaging internal communications to foster transparency and alignment.
HR Operations
- Oversee the accurate and timely maintenance of HR records, employee files, and HR information systems (HRIS), including ensuring relevant updates are made on Workday.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making for the Maisons and track key HR metrics.
- Manage HR-related documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, and termination paperwork.
- Act as a liaison with the local HR Operations to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees within the scope.
Expatriates Management
- To manage the relocation of expatriates including providing advice in line with Group policies and managing key elements such as visa, housing, schooling, etc where applicable
HR Projects
- Lead or participate in various HR projects, such as HR system implementations, policy reviews and organizational design initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR generalist experience, preferably within a luxury retail, fashion, FMCG environment.
- Proven experience supporting multiple business units or brands simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of local labour laws and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in all key HR functions: recruitment, employee relations, L&D, performance management, C&B, and payroll coordination.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and manage stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in Thai and English is required.
