At the same time, we are committed to innovation and designing new products which are in keeping with our Maisons’ values, through a process of continuous creativity.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Senior Distribution Manager, MEIAT, you will support the regional wholesale distribution agenda across Richemont’s Maisons.

Working closely with the Senior Director, Strategy and Business Development, you will bring strong knowledge of the regional luxury wholesale landscape to support partner relationships, identify growth opportunities and deliver key distribution initiatives.

This role offers broad exposure across Watch, Jewellery and Fashion Maisons, combining partner management, commercial analysis and project delivery across a diverse and evolving region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with department stores, multi-brand specialists and distribution partners across MEIAT.
  • Develop a data-driven view of the regional partner landscape, monitoring existing partners, new entrants and competitive positioning across Watch, Jewelry and Fashion.
  • Lead the assessment and due diligence of potential partners, evaluating commercial strength, brand fit and strategic alignment.
  • Monitor partner performance, identifying risks, opportunities and recommended actions through structured commercial analysis.
  • Translate Maison distribution priorities into actionable regional plans and support their successful execution.
  • Identify and assess growth opportunities, including new openings, formats, geographic expansion and potential partnerships.
  • Manage distribution projects from end to end, including openings, closures, renovations and new partner integrations.
  • Prepare commercial analyses and approval dossiers to support regional and Group distribution decisions.
  • Gather market intelligence on consumer behaviour, competitive activity and regional distribution dynamics.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain and Retail Excellence to resolve operational challenges and deliver projects effectively.
  • Create dashboards and management reporting on partner performance, market opportunities and the regional project portfolio.

PROFILE & EXPERIENCE

You are a commercially minded distribution professional who combines strong regional relationships with analytical thinking and disciplined project delivery.

You bring:

  • Approximately 8 to 10 years of experience in wholesale distribution, business development or a commercial role.
  • Strong knowledge of the MEIAT luxury wholesale landscape, ideally across watches, jewellery, fashion or premium retail.
  • Proven experience managing department stores, distributors or multi-brand partners with commercial accountability.
  • Practical knowledge of wholesale operating models, including concession, consignment, saleable consignment, franchise and traditional wholesale.
  • The ability to interpret commercial agreements and translate contractual terms into operational implications.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, with experience turning performance data into clear recommendations.
  • A successful track record of delivering distribution projects within a complex, international matrix organisation.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, alongside strong experience using Power BI, Tableau or equivalent business intelligence tools.
  • The confidence and credibility to engage partners, Maison teams and senior stakeholders across different markets and cultures.
  • A university degree in Business, Economics or a related discipline; a postgraduate qualification would be advantageous.
  • Fluent English, with Arabic and/or French considered an advantage.

WHY JOIN US?

At Richemont, you will work across a diverse portfolio of leading luxury Maisons and contribute to the evolution of our regional distribution landscape.

You will gain broad exposure to commercial strategy, wholesale partnerships and high-profile regional initiatives while helping identify and deliver sustainable growth opportunities across MEIAT.
