YOUR MISSION
The Finance & Reporting Transformation Intern will play an active role in a strategic reporting enhancement initiative aimed at strengthening cross-brand and cross-functional reporting capabilities across the organization. Working closely with Finance, Brand, Commercial, and other business stakeholders, the intern will support the identification, assessment, and implementation of reporting improvements that drive transparency, consistency, and data-driven decision-making.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Support a cross-brand reporting enhancement project by identifying opportunities to improve reporting structures, processes, and data accessibility across functions and business units
Conduct interviews and workshops with brand managers, functional stakeholders, and key business contacts to gather reporting requirements and understand current challenges and opportunities
Consolidate stakeholder feedback and translate business needs into reporting concepts, dashboards, and actionable recommendations
Assist in the design and development of standardized reports that provide meaningful insights across brands, markets, and business segments
Extract, analyze, and combine data from multiple sources using reporting tools, queries, and existing data management systems
Contribute to the creation of reporting frameworks, KPIs, and performance metrics
Support financial analysis and financial modeling activitie
Collaborate closely with Finance, Brand, Commercial, and other functional teams
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset with an interest in reporting, business performance, and financial analysis
- Basic experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and spreadsheet applications
- Comfortable interacting with stakeholders across different functions and levels of the organization
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Interest in financial modeling, performance reporting, and business process improvement
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic international environment
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
