YOUR MISSION:
Manage and maintain the organization's cybersecurity systems and infrastructure and protect the organization's IT systems and computer networks against cyberattacks, intrusions, malware, and various types of data breaches.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Manage and maintain the organization's cybersecurity systems and infrastructure to protect IT systems and computer networks against cyberattacks, intrusions, malware, and data breaches.
- Lead the detection and analysis of security incidents, including attacks, breaches, and identified vulnerabilities, and remediate security gaps in line with the security incident management procedure.
- Explore and develop a detailed understanding of external developments or emerging issues, evaluating their potential impact on the organization.
- Document complex 'as is' and 'to be' processes, describing the changes required to migrate to the 'to be' capability accurately.
- Draft policies, procedures, and guidelines within the area of expertise to meet key principles and ensure compliance with external requirements.
- Monitor and review performance and behaviors within the area of responsibility to identify and resolve noncompliance with organizational policies and regulatory codes.
- Elicit complex business requirements using methods such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis to express requirements in terms of target user roles and goals.
- Communicate the actions needed to implement the function's strategy and business plan within the team, explaining the relationship to the broader organization's mission, vision, and values, and motivating people to commit to these goals.
- Support strategy formulation for digital by exploring how information technology can help the organization become more responsive to customer needs and changing business requirements.
- Develop and propose performance objectives, taking appropriate actions to ensure achievement of agreed objectives using the organization's performance management systems.
- Manage and report on team performance, setting appropriate performance objectives for direct reports or project/account team members, and holding people accountable for achieving them.
- Develop and deliver budget plans with guidance from senior colleagues.
- Use the organization's formal development framework to identify the team's individual development needs, planning and implementing actions to build professional capabilities.
- Provide informal training or coaching to others in the organization in the area of expertise to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.
- Develop stakeholder engagement by identifying stakeholders, understanding their needs, issues, and concerns, and reacting to these to support the communication of business information and decisions.
- Master's Degree or Equivalent Level required.
- Substantial general work experience and comprehensive job-related experience in the area of expertise.
- Experience in planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by senior managers.
