We are seeking a highly professional, organised and motivated Executive Assistant to support the Group M&A Director in Richemont.

The successful candidate will be confident and able to work on their own initiative, anticipate needs, demonstrate professionalism and the utmost discretion at all times, and be motivated to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. They will be calm under pressure, reliable and have strong attention to detail.

How will you make an impact?

  • Administrative Support: manage complex calendars, schedule and reschedule meetings, appointments and conferences, and maintain an up-to-date contacts database. Book meeting rooms. Maintain an agile approach to monitoring communications to ensure proper and timely follow-up for urgent situations.

  • Communication Management: Act as a primary point of contact, screening and prioritising incoming communications (emails, calls, correspondence), drafting and proofreading documents, presentations, and reports. Greet guests and ensure meeting rooms are booked and set up.

  • Travel & Expense Management: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and visa applications. Process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, compile necessary materials, take minutes during meetings, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.

  • Office Management: Ensure the executive's office runs smoothly, including managing supplies, organising files, and maintaining an organised workspace. Handle full business administration, including the preparation of purchase orders, monitoring of invoices and necessary approvals.

  • M&A Team Support: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation and visa applications when travelling with the M&A Director, and assist as required if help is needed in other circumstances. Process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner. Book meeting rooms if requested. Organise team offsites and events.


HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant supporting director-level executives, preferably within a multinational environment.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant productivity tools.

  • Driving license.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French. At least basic knowledge of Italian would be a strong plus

  • A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail, a service-oriented mindset, the ability to anticipate the unexpected and understand others’ needs.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and diplomatic approach and a good dose of common sense.

  • High level of integrity, discretion, empathy and ability to handle confidential information.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
