YOUR MISSION:

As part of the Group Platforms department, Richemont is looking to strengthen a very dynamic Product Management team. This Product team is structured around key capabilities that support our Maisons’ value chain strategy.

The Product Development Product Owner will be the interface between the Group Maisons, Central Functions, other Product teams and the technical teams delivering the solutions supporting the business needs related to product development within the product organization framework.

He/She will ensure the proper capture of product development related needs (evolution, enrichment, cutover support, etc.), perform the discovery and analysis along technical teams of the requirements, prioritize the requests based on their business value, opportunities and time criticality. He/she will ensure the delivery of those requests by technical teams following an agile framework, working closely with Group Technology counterparts forming the Product & Process Development Product Team.

Working alongside other Product owners, he/she will facilitate the coordination of other Product teams and their Product Development related needs.

He/she will also lead or support initiatives to increase the maturity level on product development flow, from harmonization of rules and practices to the deployment of new tools and processes.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • You will maintain and refine product backlog based on changing needs according to business value or ROI, given capacity available.
  • You will partner with the Technology teams to make sure the product vision is translated appropriately into the implementation.
  • You will align with cross-functional teams to manage cross-product dependencies.
  • You will work with the Product Team to ensure selected technologies match business requirements expressed by business stakeholders (Maisons, Functions, Regions/countries)
  • You will be responsible for product adoption, delivering product training support, and documents.
  • You will support business performing change management and sharing best practices.
  • You will conduct regular updates to share how the product is evolving and to demonstrate how it contributes to the business vision and to the success of Richemont and its Maisons.
  • You will continuously seek to improve products to meet Business outcomes, tracking user feedback, benefits, adoption and usage through key metrics / KPIs.

DIMENSIONS

  • 5-10 years’ experience in product development, with a strong background in CAD methodologies—ideally utilizing PTC Creo within a Manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, ideally PTC Windchill (including CAD data management, Bill of Materials (BOM) management, and engineering change processes).
  • Strong understanding of CAD/PLM integration and how product data flows from design to manufacturing.
  • Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Excellent Business acumen, strong customer orientation
  • Successful experience in facilitation, change management, and cross-business areas problem solving
  • Knowledge of collaborative solutions for product management and Agile frameworks/methodologies.
  • Experience in implementing PO techniques (e.g., customer journeys, personas, discovery, agile ceremonies).
  • Ability to anticipate change through technologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good listener.
  • Ability to present complex technical concepts (CAD/PLM) in a user-friendly or executive language at different management levels up to C-Level, motivate and inspire teams with client vision.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory.
