Created in Brussels by the innovative Charles Delvaux, la Maison has remained at the forefront of luxury leather goods for nearly two centuries because of its savoir-faire, uncompromising craftsmanship and the outstanding quality of its creations.
We are looking for:
A candidate who is responsible for the overall daily operations of the store, ensuring efficiency and profitability. Key duties include leading staff, ensuring sales goals are met, and facilitating exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities are as follows:
- Meet set sales targets by effectively leading and developing a team of sales staff
- Provide the training and coaching to the team to ensure the service standards are met at all times
- Oversee VIP Program and various promotion programs
- Ensure a high level of customer service is performed while identify new initiatives for improving services standards
- Prepare sales report and activities for communication with the senior management
- Monitor the stock and inventory is at optimal level for operation needs
- Develop and implement creative and strategic retail activation initiatives, adaptable for in-store and external settings, to maximize sales, customer engagement, and brand presence
Job requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in supervisory positions in Luxury Retail Environment
- Mature and self-motivated with excellent analytical mindset
- Excellent problem solving, communicating skill, and project management skills
- Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skill
- Have a relatively in-depth understanding of the luxury market in Malaysia
- Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
- Multi-task, highly adaptable to changes
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, and proficient in spoken Chinese
