We are looking for a Logistics Trainee to be included in the Richemont Italia Logistics team. The resource will report directly to the Warehouse & Import Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and analysis of inbound and outbound flows
- Supporting the activities of the Warehouse and Operations department: Inbound, Import, Staff sales.
- Supporting the invoicing activity.
- Supporting the implementation and creation of Sustainability Best practices aimed at improving the packaging used and CO2 reduction.
- Coordinating where necessary with colleagues from the Export and Transport team and departments of other shared functions.
Candidate Profile:
Background:
Bachelor Degree in Economics/Engineering or similar
Language skills:
Fluent in English and Italian
IT Skills:
Excellent knowledge of the Office package in particular of Excel; knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Sharepoint or other digital/analytics tools would be a plus
Personal skills:
- Commercially orientated, pro-active and result driven
- Excellent organizational skills, resilience during peak times
- Team player, willingness to support and curiosity to learn
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to adapt the communication style to the different stakeholders
