KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Working together with our TA community, you will learn how a full cycle Talent Acquisition process works.
2. Not only locally rooted, but as a part of the bigger TA community, you will have chances to collaborate, interact and support various TA Partners and the business in building strong pipelines of future talent
3. You will have complete training in terms of procedures, tools and practices
4. You will learn the crucial methods and ways of headhunting effectively and managing candidate relationships, increasing our talent networks while being a stellar representative of our organization
5. You will be trained in applying a D&I lens to all our talent activities, ensuring we find exceptional talent regardless of their immediate background/industry and other factors that can introduce bias
6. You are supporting our TA experts in increasing their talent pools, working on future business needs and anticipating coming roles
7. All of your public activity is in line with our Employer Branding directives, to ensure quality representation of Richemont and our Maisons
8. You will support with University & School initiatives where needed
9. Good use of our systems and data management will be crucial and is always the main factor in the success of the TA function
THE PROFILE
Languages: Fluent in English, German and/or Italian
Curiosity: Leads the investigation to find the right profiles. Is good at learning about industries, market, technology
Organization: Can orchestrate multiple activities at once. Uses resources / data efficiently.
Data accuracy: Ensures profiles in recruitment SAP system are updated and precise
People Agile: Has empathy, is an active listener and a good judge of talent.
Perseverance: pursues with energy, drive and need to finish. Is patient and can deal especially with resistance or setbacks. Is at ease working as an individual contributor in a matrix organization.
Sales oriented: He/she is results oriented with a strong ability to negotiate and convince a passive candidate to become a candidate.

- This is a paid internship, including commuting allowance reimbursement.
