CONTEXT
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Projects and Business Controller to join our controlling team. This pivotal role combines financial expertise with a strong focus on driving transformation projects and process automation.
You will act as a key partner to our Maisons, ensuring robust financial performance while leading initiatives to enhance efficiency and digitalization across our operations.
This position is a 2-year fixed-term contract based in Meyrin reporting to the Head of Controlling.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Financial Controlling (approx. 50%):
- Acting as the local Finance business partner to our Maisons, providing insightful commentary, challenging assumptions, and explaining financial performance.
- Offering comprehensive financial support to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Leading the budget and forecasting processes for the Maisons in collaboration with local commercial teams and Headquarters, meticulously tracking and analyzing deviations against plan.
Finance Transformation Projects & Process Automation (approx. 50%):
- Serving as a key stakeholder in the strategic rethinking and continuous improvement of current processes and organizational structures.
- Functioning as a PMO to coordinate Group, regional, and local projects at the market level, ensuring alignment and successful execution.
- Reengineering and automating repetitive operations to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborating closely with various functions to develop and implement automated and digitized solutions.
- Partnering with other Controlling teams on digitalization and data visualization initiatives to provide robust analysis for business and strategic decision-making.

You are resourceful and inventive, always keen to experiment with new approaches and leverage available tools creatively, viewing every outcome as an opportunity for learning and improvement.
- Results-driven and adept at managing numerous stakeholders in a fast-paced, diverse, and challenging environment.
- Highly organized, capable of multitasking and managing multiple budget streams, projects, and deadlines simultaneously, demonstrating a high sense of ownership and resilience under pressure.
- A collaborative team player with an agile mindset, who enjoys problem-solving, innovating, and fostering effective communication and knowledge sharing.
YOUR COMPETENCIES
- Master's degree or equivalent in an analytics-related field (e.g., management, finance, economics, engineering).
- Over five years of professional experience in finance or consulting.
- Demonstrated capabilities in automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate…), digital solutions (e.g., Power Platform…), data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, PowerBI, Tableau…), and data analytics management (e.g., Alteryx, Knime, SQL, Python for data scripting, Dataiku…).
- Strong experience with SAP is a significant advantage.
- Highly dedicated, adaptable, and autonomous with a strong sense of initiative.
- Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills, combined with a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Fluent in English with a good working knowledge of French; German is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Switzerland.
