Are you a good match?
The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 10+ years in facilities, retail operations, or store development, with leadership scope; Bachelor’s degree required, Masters degree preferred. You will have Proven experience managing multi-site luxury or premium environments, as well as strong expertise in building systems, preventive maintenance, and capital planning. You will have demonstrated success leading regional teams and vendor networks. Experience with CMMS platforms (e.g., ServiceChannel, FEXA) is required as well as strong financial acumen across opex and capex. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success leading regional teams and vendor networks and can be a strong cross-functional communicator in a matrixed organization. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
What are we expecting from you?
The Director will be responsible for defining and executing a forward-looking facilities strategy that safeguards asset integrity, elevates the client experience, and enables business growth. This role combines strategic leadership and operational excellence, ensuring best-in-class maintenance, long-term asset integrity, and flawless boutique environments that reflect the highest standards of the brand. Leading a regional team, the Director will oversee capital investment planning, repair and maintenance programs, and vendor ecosystems at scale.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Leadership & Governance
• Define and implement a comprehensive facilities strategy aligned with business objectives and brand standards
• Partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive consistency, performance, and scalability across the network
• Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and performance standards to drive operational consistency and excellence across all R&M activities
• Analyze maintenance data and trends to anticipate needs and deploy proactive, preventive solutions
Operations & Asset Management
• Oversee end-to-end facilities operations across all boutiques in the region, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to business
• Lead and continuously optimize preventive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and asset longevity
• Serve as SME for building systems, FF&E, and boutique infrastructure
• Partner across design, construction, and store planning from development through post-opening stabilization
• Manage capital planning, R&M budgets, and lifecycle investments
• Assess risks, prioritize resource allocation, and ensure long-term asset performance
• Define and lead the IFM strategy, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance governance
• Oversee the full vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, compliance, performance management, and continuous optimization
Systems, Data and Compliance
• Drive the digital transformation of facilities management through the implementation and optimization of FSM platforms, ticketing systems, and asset tracking tools
• Leverage data analytics to enhance decision-making, improve cost efficiency, and maximize return on investment
• Provide clear reporting on capex, R&M, and operational KPIs
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and operational standards
• Partner with CSR to advance sustainability initiatives across the network

Salary Range: $180,000 - $200,000 (Annual)
