Join our dynamic Group Legal team at Richemont and gain invaluable experience in a vibrant multinational environment. As a compliance intern, you will support the central compliance function by contributing to a broad range of compliance projects and initiatives. This includes exposure to areas such as regulatory risk management, regulatory watch and legal developments monitoring, competition law, anti-money laundering (AML), sanctions compliance, anti-corruption, and conflicts of interest. The role provides hands-on experience with compliance processes and activities, offering valuable insight into the operation of a global compliance program.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
The key responsibilities for this role will be:
• Assist in reviewing and enhancing AML, sanctions, and anti-corruption compliance procedures and controls.
• Conduct research on competition (antitrust) law topics and contribute to the preparation of guidelines, FAQs, and training materials.
• Contribute to the deployment of various compliance disclosure and approval tools.
• Contribute to the development and roll-out of compliance training programs and awareness campaigns.
• Assist in the preparation of compliance reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Participate in in and contribute to departmental meetings and projects.
• Work collaboratively in a multicultural and multilingual environment.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
• Currently enrolled in a full-time law degree or Bar Exam preparation.
• Previous experience as an intern in an international company or law firm is preferable
• Demonstrate robust legal skills with excellent drafting and communication capabilities.
• Personality is key: positive energy, with a strong team spirit, capable of adapting to an international and fast-paced setting
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French and/or German is a strong plus
• An internship agreement with your school/university is mandatory.
• You can commit to a 6-months internship with a starting date on or before 1 December 2026
