Are you a good match?
The ideal candidate for this role is required to have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five years’ experience in a planning role (previous experience with luxury retail products is a plus). Exceptional organizational, communication, and computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required; Previous knowledge of SAP and Looker is a major plus. You will have solid analytical skills with strong aptitude to work with figures and retail math. French and/or Spanish business proficiency is a plus.
What are we expecting from you?
The Senior Manager, Planning & Allocation is responsible for leading and optimizing inventory planning, forecasting, and allocations to maximize sales across the Americas Region. In close collaboration with counterparts at headquarters and local Planning & Merchandising teams, s/he will ensure timely product distribution to achieve regional business objectives. This role reports to the Assistant Vice President Supply Chain.
In this role, you will:
· Develop, monitor and provide a rolling forecast for defined product categories to ensure alignment with regional sales trends and strategic objectives. Maintain forecast accuracy in line with objectives and KPIs.
· Partner closely with HQ Supply Chain to secure product for the region and to align on forecast and global initiatives. Provide feedback for model stock reviews.
· Allocate inventory based on defined assortments and demands across all channels, including online retail, to support sales performance in line with budgets.
· Analyze business trends, sales and stock rotation to identify risks and opportunities; Help to determine relevant action plans in collaboration with Merchandising, Marketing, and Retail teams.
· Assist in the preparation of budgets and ‘last estimate’ exercises, providing quantitative and qualitative input relative to supply chain forecasts.
· Prepare and co-lead bi-monthly presentation to local Executive Committee and Senior Management on supply chain topics.
· Manage Supply Chain and Operations reporting and projects as needed.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $140,000 (Annual)
