Digital Acceleration Lead
YOUR MISSION
As Digital Acceleration Lead, you will identify and drive high-impact digital opportunities by understanding business needs, consumer behaviors and the Asian digital ecosystem, taking initiatives from idea and experimentation through deployment and adoption to deliver tangible business value.
You will stay curious about innovation happening in the market, identify what could meaningfully matter for our business, and combine this curiosity with strong business judgment to initiate, plan, execute, monitor and deliver projects aligned with the organization’s strategic priorities.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Project Planning and Execution: Identify and drive relevant digital opportunities from concept through deployment and adoption. Define project scope, timelines and resources, and manage execution to ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong partnerships across business and technology teams. Identify and engage stakeholders, understand their needs and expectations, and manage communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies and proactively address challenges to ensure successful delivery.
- Change Management: Drive business readiness and adoption of new solutions. Manage changes to scope, timelines or resources, assess their impact and minimize disruption.
- Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress, key milestones and risks, translating digital topics into clear and actionable messages for diverse stakeholders.
- Problem Solving & Innovation: Resolve project-related challenges using analytical and critical thinking. Stay close to evolving consumer behaviors, the Asian digital ecosystem, including WeChat, LINE and Kakao, and relevant market innovations to identify new business opportunities.
- Benefits Realization: Ensure project outcomes align with business objectives, track and measure benefits, and work with stakeholders to realize intended value. Monitor adoption and outcomes to continuously improve successful solutions.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, Master) are a plus.
- Proven experience leading business-facing digital initiatives from opportunity identification through deployment and adoption.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of consumer needs, ideally within retail, luxury or other consumer-facing environments.
- Strong understanding of the Asian digital ecosystem, particularly WeChat, LINE and Kakao, ideally with hands-on project experience involving one or more of these ecosystems.
- Proven experience and certifications in Program Management and Agile methodologies.
- Naturally curious about innovation and emerging digital experiences, with the judgment to identify what is truly relevant for the business.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to connect business and technology teams around shared objectives.
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset, energized by turning ideas into tangible business outcomes.
- Change management and/or consulting experience are a plus.
