CONTEXT

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team, playing a key role in supporting Cartier, Richemont and its esteemed Maisons within the Benelux & Nordics market. Collaborating closely with the HR Director, HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for implementing our talent acquisition strategy across Retail, Logistics, Warehouse, and Head Office functions in all five countries.

At its heart, this position is about ensuring local recruitment success, from identifying and sourcing to pre-assessing and hiring top-tier talent, while building a sustainable pipeline for future growth. Beyond filling vacancies, you will be a champion for our employer brand, actively driving our employer branding roadmap and continuously improving our talent acquisition endeavors. This includes refining processes, optimizing ways of working, enhancing hiring quality, curating an exceptional candidate experience that showcases Richemont as a leading employer, and fostering key relationships through university engagement initiatives.

This is a hands-on role demanding end-to-end recruitment ownership, ideal for an experienced professional who can operate autonomously while fostering strong, strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • Strategically Partner & Drive Talent Acquisition: Collaborate closely with Maisons and HR Business Partners, acting as a curious and strategic advisor to understand their unique talent needs. Implement and execute a forward-thinking Talent Acquisition strategy, providing insightful market intelligence to proactively meet both current and future talent demands.
  • Proactively Source Diverse Talent: Continuously explore and leverage a wide array of sourcing channels to proactively identify, attract, and engage a diverse and high-quality talent pipeline for all recruitment efforts. Maintain a curious approach to discovering new talent pools.
  • Champion an Exceptional Candidate Experience & Employer Brand: Serve as a passionate ambassador for Richemont and its Maisons, delivering an impactful and authentic message. Ensure an outstanding and consistent candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding, reinforcing our employer brand at every touchpoint.
  • Conduct Insightful & Collaborative Assessments: Partner with hiring managers to conduct high-quality candidate assessments, utilizing structured interviews and Richemont's established assessment tools. Apply a curious and analytical approach to evaluate potential, enabling excellent and informed hiring decisions.
  • Manage End-to-End Recruitment: Take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, from initial briefing meetings and candidate engagement to offer management. Ensure the timely acquisition of high-quality talent that precisely aligns with business requirements.
  • Foster 'One Team' Collaboration: Actively contribute to and collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition community, sharing exceptional talent, market insights, and best practices to foster transparency and reinforce our 'One Team' approach.
  • Elevate Employer Brand & Attractiveness: Proactively engage with University & School partners and collaborate with Group functions to continuously elevate Richemont's employer brand. Drive initiatives such as coordinating our presence and active participation in external career fairs and exploring new avenues for attracting future talents.
  • Ensure Data Integrity & System Optimization: Maintain accurate and comprehensive candidate data within our recruitment systems Workday and LinkedIn. Diligently leverage these platforms to ensure effective talent pipeline management, generate robust analytics, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition Projects: Beyond core recruitment, actively support or lead various Talent Acquisition projects, such as Intern Induction programs or recruitment training initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of our TA function.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • 3 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience, with exposure to retail hiring and office functions. Experience within luxury, retail, or premium consumer brands is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Experience with LinkedIn recruiter and Workday as ATS is a big plus.
  • Strong sense of ownership, solution-orientation, result-driven, curiosity and hands-on approach. Excellent organizational skills and eye for details.
  • Able to prioritize effectively and manage multiple recruitments and other topics across Maisons.
  • Possesses exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to cultivate robust relationships and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a big advantage.
