We are seeking a highly motivated High Watchmaking Operations Specialist to join our team based in our offices in Meyrin. As a key member of our International Supply Chain department, your main mission will be to ensure the proper distribution of our high-end pieces across platforms, markets, and networks. You will play a crucial role in supporting decision-making through performance and forecast analysis for each market/network.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Distribution flows:

  • Drive the operational execution of distribution flows, providing dedicated treatment for our high-end pieces.

  • Plan and coordinate delivery and allocation of high-end pieces and prototypes novelties delivery.

  • Coordinate physical flows with group support functions.

  • Conduct statistical analysis on market sales to support supply decision-making.

  • Manage stock balancing and inter-market transfers to optimize stock availability and product assortment in boutiques.

  • Take charge of SAP order execution.

Product knowledge:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products to actively support the markets.

  • Ensure effective coordination and follow-up on special products.

Events:

  • Assist in organizing Jaeger LeCoultre strategic events related to supply chain activities, ensuring the coordination of product supply for brand events according to a dedicated schedule.

  • Collaborate with the events department and markets to share relevant information.

KPIs:

  • Support markets in their commercial initiatives by providing key performance indicators (KPIs), visibility on worldwide availability, and specific allocations.

  • Prepare one-time analysis or project-specific reports as required.

Projects: Actively participate in transversal projects and initiatives related to the function as assigned by management

WHAT ABOUT YOU?

  • Ideally 3-year experience in a similar role

  • Prior experience in supply chain operations or related roles

  • Bachelor/master’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or equivalent

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting techniques

  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities

  • Ideally SAP experience/knowledge

  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

  • Fluent in French and English
