- Do you have in-depth experience in client treatment or VIP/loyalty programs at luxury and/or international environment?
- Are you a strategic thinker with structured mind and analytical skills, being able to design new action plans creatively to enhance VIP clients loyalty strategy?

What are we expecting from you?
The Client Treatment Manager’s mission is to plan and implement VIP clients loyalty strategy of the Maison in line with HQ guideline in order to maximize the local VIP clients’ acquisition, loyalty and satisfaction, as well as customer profitability, optimizing VIP related experience.
- You will define and drive the VIP experience strategy in Japan, in line with the Maison’s DNA.
- You will develop and manage tailored loyalty programs, bespoke events and experiences for VIP clients, ensuring measurable ROI while strengthening the Maison’s High Jewelry image.
- You will personally engage with selected VIPs, acting as a role model for service excellence.
- You will lead the end-to-end planning and execution of international and domestic VIP Voyages, ensuring a seamless and exceptional client experience.
- You will work closely with Retail Managers and the High Jewelry team to drive growth and engagement of the Maison’s VIP clients.
