Each Maison represents a proud tradition of style, quality and craftsmanship and Richemont seeks to preserve the heritage and identity of each of its Maisons. At the same time, we are committed to innovation and designing new products which are in keeping with our Maisons’ values, through a process of continuous creativity.

About the job

Richemont is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Junior Market Analyst to join our dynamic team in the MEIAT region. Reporting directly to the Business Development Analyst MEIAT, you will conduct local field and market research to gather competitive intelligence, analyze internal data, and help shape regional strategies.

This is a unique opportunity to provide key market insights to Richemont and its iconic Maisons across the Middle East, India, Africa, and Türkiye. You will be instrumental in mapping competitor distribution networks, identifying untapped market opportunities ("white spots"), and supporting short-, mid-, and long-term strategic planning for regional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Intelligence & Insights: Conduct proactive research on market health, tourism, and real estate dynamics to deliver actionable market intelligence reports and high-quality strategic presentations.
  • Strategic Outlook & Support: Analyze market and competitor data to uncover new business opportunities, helping individual Maisons prioritize and align their regional growth strategies.
  • Distribution & Competitor Mapping: Support the development of analytical tools to track the evolution of competitors’ retail networks and identify untapped distribution opportunities in the region.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with the Real Estate department and individual Maisons to capture local network data and successfully roll out regional tracking tools.
  • Knowledge Sharing & Communication: Publish competitor activity reports during key regional cultural events (e.g., Ramadan, Diwali) and manage the department’s SharePoint platform to ensure seamless information sharing.

Skills

  • Analytical Mindset: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization/BI tools (such as Looker or similar platforms), with strong data interpretation skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Design & Presentation: Exceptional PowerPoint skills with a strong eye for visual design, typography, and clean data visualization to present insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Languages: Fluency in written and verbal English is mandatory; command of Arabic and/or French is a major plus.
  • Experience: Prior exposure to the luxury retail industry or a strong understanding of the MEIAT region’s cultural and economic landscape is preferred.
  • Mindset & Attitude: Highly detail-oriented and collaborative, with a strong drive to learn, grow, and a deep passion for market intelligence and the luxury sector.

Why Richemont?
