RFBO, Inventory Analyst

Reports to: Supervisor, RFBO Inventory
Role Overview
The RFBO, Inventory team is tasked to drive operational efficiencies within the retail network. Conduct boutique internal control reviews, red light transaction reporting, training and communication of internal controls to the retail network.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support, trouble-shooting to help maintain accurate up-to-date accounts of the boutiques.
- Perform day-to-day controls, on end-of-day procedures, during monthly closings etc.
- Manage the finance part of new boutique openings, internalizations and closing.
- Engage in different finance projects and deliver strong support on project implementation. Collaborating with other functions.
- Issue monthly internal control reports to the boutiques and ensure the necessary follow up is consistently met and delivered timely.
- Resolve transfer issues beween boutiques and warehouses.
- Assist with physical inventory including but not limited to, preparing, providing support and reconciling.
- Perform, monitor and understand all inventory transcations to ensure all transcations are exectured properly and accurately.
- Perform Boutique Internal Control Reviews, confirming existence of physical inventory and assessing existence and functionality of various controls.
- Red Light Reporting
- Provide training and education to the Brands retail teams and be a main contact person for the Maisons regarding boutique compliance related issues.
- Perform monthly cycle counts for all retail boutiques
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree
Technical Skills/Abilities
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the year to locations in the United Staes and Canada.
- Knowledge of SAP, Inventory and prior work travel experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel (pivot tables, v-look ups, macros)
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Teams a plus.
- Ability to design workflows and procedures.
- Ability to coordinate projects and deal with conflicting priorities.
- Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders at all levels in Maisons.
- Handle a complicated matrix-based organization in a highly customer-centric environment.
