Are you a good match?
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field with 8+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3 years in leadership capacity. You will have demonstrated experience implementing enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives. The candidate will have familiarity with IT governance, compliance, enterprise architecture, and security frameworks. You will have strong research and vendor assessment capabilities, as strong vendor management, budgeting, and project management expertise.
What are we expecting from you?
At Van Cleef & Arpels (the Maison), Operational Excellence is seeking an innovative Senior Project Manager –Business Solutions, to lead in the development and implementation of best-in-class technology strategies for our Maison. You will have a proven record of driving digital transformation, leveraging emerging business solutions, and positioning the Region at the forefront of innovation. You will lead cross-functional projects by prioritizing and coordinating all aspects of project execution.
Based in New York City, reporting to the Director of Operational Excellence, with functional reporting to our Maison Headquarters International Information Technology team, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the establishment of the department by assisting and supporting various projects, focusing on business solutions for the Maison in the Americas.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
Technology Strategy & Innovation
Evaluate existing business solutions platforms and infrastructure to identify opportunities for improvement and modernization.
Develop and execute the Region’s technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, operational needs, client service values, and long-term growth objectives.
Stay current on emerging solutions (AI, automation, data analytics, cybersecurity etc.) and assess their potential impact on business and delivery of client service.
Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison in influencing leadership on technology trends and innovation.
Partner and work closely with business sponsors, partners, and functional owners as needed to ensure well-defined cases, strategies and project plans.
Systems Implementation
Be the liaison to facilitate the roll-out of all Group and Maison initiatives.
Lead in the selection, configuration and implementation of new business solutions that enhance transparency, communication, and collaboration among the teams.
Monitor and manage project timelines, vendor relationships, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure successful rollouts.
Provide oversight and support for project prioritization, funding requests, and performance tracking.
Oversee data migration, system integration, and user adoption processes (Including trainings).
Manage budget and benefit realization, including risk and opportunity management.
Data Analytics/Dashboards
Gain understanding of data structure to build and maintain complex data analytics/dashboards.
Provide trends that lead to improvement.

Salary Range: $125,000-$145,000 (Annual)
