You have excellent communications skills and experience in the retail industry. You have the ability to align PR activations with business goals. You have a deep understanding of how media works. You enjoy crafting compelling narratives and campaign ideas. You are highly adaptable with an agile mindset. You are able to work autonomously, proactively and manage timelines. You are able to build strong collaboration cross-department and with different stakeholders.
What are we expecting from you?
As the PR Assistant, you will support the SEA PR Manager with building the Maison’s esteem by assisting in all press office work and fortifying the Maison’s position by supporting in all press activations across Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam.
You will work in close collaboration with Retail, Boutiques and APA Regional teams.
Your main missions will be:
- Develop concise and effective PR blasts to be shared with SEA press
- PR coverage monitoring and sharing of best clippings bi-weekly to internally stakeholders
- Deep dive in monthly press editorial analysis
- Support SG and coordinate with local PR agencies in MY/VN on daily press office work
- Manage competitors and post event reports
- Assist in coordinating all press events and press trips to ensure seamless and qualitative press treatment
- Assist in sourcing and coordinate logistics for all press gifting
- Provide administrative support, including photoshoot arrangements, invoice processing via SAP, tracking and monitoring of all PR related expenses.
- Coordination and management of ad-hoc projects
