You will act as a catalyst and be the main point of contact for our Boutique Managers and Markets. You will own our retail performance reporting suite — including the Retail Performance one-pagers, market plan, key boutiques and monthly Retail Cockpit — turning sales, traffic, conversion, sell-through and client experience data into clear, actionable insights that support retail decision-making across our internal network.
You will foster collaboration across all departments at Jaeger-LeCoultre to deliver solutions with a tangible impact on steering boutique performance. Collaboration with Regions and Markets is instrumental, which is why you will be in permanent contact with local teams to synchronize the implementation of global actions across our network and to provide them with hands-on support.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
● Conduct in-depth sales performance analysis to identify business opportunities by cluster, boutique, product category and client segment, and to support decision-making.
● Own and track a core set of retail KPIs — traffic, conversion, productivity — to provide insights to the leadership team and local commercial directors, focusing attention on priority retail performance areas and associated action plans.
● Provide ad hoc analysis of boutiques, the productivity, and own the monthly update of the Retail Cockpit dashboard and presentation for the leadership team, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
● Understand, identify Market needs & specificities.
● Run monthly calls with boutique managers to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations and tailored action plans.
● Optimize and adapt our retail performance tools and dashboards (Excel/Looker) to better address market needs and improve self-service reporting for boutiques.
● Coordinate between Markets and Regional Teams on the yearly boutique business plan ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and budget.
● Plan and organize the roll-out and run phases of new retail tools and processes, and ensure training is in place to prepare boutique staff to embrace new solutions (on boarding, new openings)
● Partner up with different departments on the follow up and organize regular visits (collect feedback, provide basic support and new evolution if needed)
● Work transversally on various topics related to retail excellence — including client experience standards and mystery shopping insights — and be a key contributor in the global retail community.
WHAT ABOUT YOU?
● You have 5 years’ experience in luxury retail, business development, strategic planning or retail performance, ideally within a watch & jewellery or comparable luxury environment.
● You have project management skills with strong interpersonal skills to work transversally with departments, entities across retail and beyond
● You demonstrate the drive and flexibility to engage transversal teams to meet deadlines and deliver results
● You are highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; hands-on experience with Google solution or comparable retail dashboard/reporting tools is an asset
● Experience in a boutique or in a local office retail function is strongly recommended
● You have strong analytical and data storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
● You speak English fluently; French or an additional language is a plus.
