Are you a good match?
You have an appreciation for the Jewelry and craftmanship, good organizational and follow up skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy. You have strong collaboration skill cross-department and with different stake holders. You are proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and SAP skills is a plus.
What are we expecting from you?
As Jewelry Marketing and Merchandising Assistant, you will support the Marketing and Merchandising teams in the day-to-day coordination of jewelry activities, including stock management, boutique requests, order and shipment follow-up, and marketing initiatives across SEA markets. Your main missions will be:
- Act as the central point of contact for boutique jewelry stock enquiries, coordinating requests with relevant teams.
- Manage SAP activities, including stock transfers, order cancellations, enquiries and daily stock updates.
- Coordinate PLV transfers and special stock requests, ensuring accurate allocation and timely follow-up.
- Monitor shipments, defective products and discrepancy cases, liaising with boutiques and Regional Customer Service.
- Coordinate with internal and regional teams to resolve stock, order and delivery-related matters.
- Support marketing and commercial activities, including training materials, GIA certificates, launches and boutique animations.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing and Merchandising teams across SEA.
