Founded in 1829, Delvaux is a truly Belgian brand. In fact, it was even born before the Kingdom of Belgium, which was only established one year later, in 1830.
Created in Brussels by the innovative Charles Delvaux, la Maison has remained at the forefront of luxury leather goods for nearly two centuries because of its savoir-faire, uncompromising craftsmanship and the outstanding quality of its creations.

MISSIONS:
- Support the planning and execution of retail marketing projects and seasonal activations.
- Oversee the regional implementation of in-store materials and retail toolkits provided by central teams, ensuring brand consistency and alignment across all boutiques.
- Contribute to performance tracking and reporting of retail initiatives.
- Support budget follow-up and administration coordination of projects.
- Assist in event logistics coordination, including timelines, materials, invitations and follow up.
- Contribute to post-event analysis and feedback.
- Support collaboration with external stakeholders including brand partners, suppliers, clients, and agencies.
- Help identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships that enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing or events is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to details and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Initiative-taking, solution-Oriented mindset with a hands-on approach.
- Strong ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent command of English and French. Dutch is a strong plus.
- Good command of Adobe InDesign is required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Passion for luxury retail and client experience is a must.
