You have significant experience in luxury retail, including managing multiple boutiques or retail locations, and you are passionate about leading people and developing high-performing teams.
You are a commercially driven leader with strong business acumen and the ability to translate business insights into strategic action. You thrive in a client-centric environment and naturally build meaningful relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.

What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to the Retail Director UAE, you will lead a portfolio of boutiques, driving commercial performance while ensuring operational excellence and an exceptional client experience across the network.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Driving sustainable sales growth and achieving business objectives across your boutique portfolio.
• Coaching, developing and inspiring Boutique Managers to build engaged and high-performing teams.
• Defining and implementing strategic action plans to optimize sales performance and operational efficiency.
• Championing exceptional client experiences while strengthening client acquisition, loyalty and long-term relationships with VIP and High Jewelry clientele.
• Ensuring compliance with Maison standards, visual merchandising guidelines and operational excellence across all boutiques.
• Managing boutique performance through KPI analysis, business insights and market trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support commercial initiatives and contribute to the long-term success of the Maison.
