Are you a good match?
You have a solid experience in Retail Operations within the luxury retail industry and enjoy improving processes to enhance operational excellence.
You are highly organized, analytical and solution-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across different markets. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and naturally build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
Curious, proactive and detail-oriented, you enjoy finding efficient ways of working while ensuring the highest standards of execution. Your excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset allow you to successfully support regional initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
A genuine passion for luxury retail and boutique operations will be key to succeeding in this role.
What are we expecting from you?
As part of the Regional Retail Operations team, you will support the operational excellence of our boutiques across the MEIAT region. Working closely with local markets and regional stakeholders, you will contribute to the successful implementation of operational initiatives while ensuring consistency with the Maison’s standards.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Driving regional retail operations projects and supporting the implementation of new tools, processes and operational initiatives.
• Partnering with local markets to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Supporting boutique openings, renovations and regional events by ensuring operational readiness.
• Collaborating with Retail, Client Experience, Visual Merchandising and other cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
• Monitoring project progress, analysing field feedback and recommending process improvements.
• Ensuring the implementation and adoption of Maison procedures, operational guidelines and commercial policies across the region.
• Acting as a key point of contact for operational compliance and boutique procedures.
• Managing operational budgets, supplier relationships and procurement activities related to boutique operations.
• Coordinating operational audits and following up on action plans with local markets.
• Supporting regional pricing updates and other operational activities whenever required.
