YOUR MISSION
We are currently recruiting a Didactic Operations Intern to join our team, with the following tasks:
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Didactic operations
Classroom assistance and operational support to students and teachers
Organize and manage the archiving of didactic files and documents (exercises, briefs, projects, etc.)
Maintain and update records, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all information
Support in the organization of the lessons
Classroom set-up, IT support to students and teachers
Reception of lecturers and guests
Act as a primary point of contact for IT-related issues, liaising effectively with the central IT department
Consumable material storage and management
Alumni community
Support the management and animation of the Alumni community
Management of the dedicated email box
Update of the Alumni database
Assist to the placement of the Alumni in the Maisons
Recruiting
Support the students recruiting process
Contact with the schools and the applicants
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Bachelor degree
Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
Organizational skills, precision, autonomy, proactivity, flexibility
Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook Express
Preferable knowledge of Adobe package, 2D and 3D programs
Excellent communication skills in a multicultural context, even with senior leaders
WHAT WE OFFER

Reimbursement: 900 euros per month
