HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Qualified consultation of our exclusive clientele and sale of the entire collection of our house
Active acquisition of new customers and care of the existing clientele
Assumption of various administrative tasks (e.g. maintenance of our customer database and participation in inventories, etc.)
Support in the area of visual merchandising
Use of all modern sales channels
WHAT ABOUT YOU?
At least 2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or completed training as a watchmaker
Strong pursuit of perfection with a passion for creativity, mechanical watches and the Maison
Very good communication skills, empathy and agile mindset, team player
Ability to build lasting relationships with people through strong communication
Provide excellent customer service, including in person, by phone and through electronic communication
Business fluent in German and English, another language on top is an advantage
