Are you a good match?
You have professional experience in media, digital marketing, communications, or related fields within luxury, retail, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
You have strong understanding of local social channels (Naver, KakaoTalk etc.), digital media, owned social platforms, and campaign execution.
You have expertise in content creation and media channel management.
You have excellent communication skills in Korean and English.
What are we expecting from you?
- Social Media & Owned Channel Management: You will manage owned media channels, ensuring alignment with Maison guidelines and coordinate content planning, publishing schedules, and campaign implementation with agencies. You will monitor channel performance and recommend optimizations based on campaign results. You will conduct competitor benchmarking and social trend analysis to identify opportunities and continuously enhance social performance.
- Media Campaign Operations: You will support the execution of integrated media campaigns across digital, print, OOH, and owned channels and coordinate campaign assets and creative localization with stakeholders. You will support campaign trafficking, asset management, and execution QA.
- Digital Projects & Website Management: You will support the planning and execution of local digital projects, including microsites, event platforms, and digital activations, and coordinate project timelines. You will support website updates, campaign pages, and digital activations and monitor website quality and coordinate technical issue resolution with HQ.
- Reporting & Operational Support: You will maintain campaign documentation, media specifications, asset libraries, and project trackers. You will coordinate meeting materials and follow-up actions and support budget tracking, vendor management, and communication-related administration. You will identify operational issues proactively and contribute to process improvements.
