Role Summary :
As an IT Support Co-op, you will join our dynamic IT Operations team to gain hands-on, practical experience in a corporate IT environment. You will be the first line of support for our employees, helping to resolve technical issues, prepare hardware, and maintain our office technology. This role is designed to build your foundational IT troubleshooting skills
while exposing you to industry-standard tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities (Training will be provided)
• Network monitoring and support: learn organization’s local network topology, setup and infrastructure. Perform routine network monitoring tasks for the office and BTQ environments to assist in ensuring high uptime and early detection of issues.
• Cybersecurity awareness: Learn and align with the organization’s cyber security.

• First-Line Support & Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing and resolving basic hardware, software, network, and operating system issues for local users.
• Workstation Preparation: Configure, image, and set up laptops and workstations for new hires and hardware refreshes according to company standards.
• Service Desk Management: Monitor, log, and update IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with users.
• Meeting Room & AV Support: Maintain and troubleshoot video conferencing (VC) setups in collaborative spaces, ensuring meeting room technology is fully functional.
• Mobile Device Management: Help enroll, configure, and manage corporate mobile phones.
• Documentation: Assist in updating internal IT knowledge base articles and user guides.
