What are we expecting from you?
As our Assistant Boutique Manager, you will support the Boutique Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the boutique, driving commercial performance and ensuring an exceptional client experience in line with the Maison’s standards of excellence.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the Boutique Manager in driving sales performance and achieving boutique objectives through effective commercial strategies and action plans.
* Monitoring and analyzing boutique KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions when required.
* Overseeing daily boutique operations, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with the Maison’s policies and procedures.
* Leading, motivating and coaching the boutique team to foster a high-performance culture and support individual development.
* Ensuring the delivery of an exceptional and personalized client experience, building long-term relationships and strengthening client loyalty.
* Supporting the development and implementation of clienteling initiatives to enhance client engagement and drive business growth.
* Collaborating closely with the Boutique Manager on workforce planning, team performance management and talent development.
* Ensuring effective stock management, inventory control and merchandising standards in collaboration with relevant teams.
* Supporting the management of boutique budgets, operational resources and overall profitability.
* Acting as a role model for the Maison’s values, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
* Taking ownership of boutique operations in the absence of the Boutique Manager, ensuring business continuity and operational excellence.
