This is a unique opportunity to grow in an exciting and challenging environment, co-building and providing procurement expertise to technology-passionate stakeholders.

Richemont is looking for a Technology Procurement Intern to support our Technology Procurement team.

Reporting directly to the Head of Technology Procurement and the Technology Category Manager, you will support Group Technology teams in optimizing and executing sourcing strategies for cutting-edge IT categories—including SaaS, cloud services, software, professional services, and hardware—delivering optimal value in terms of quality, service, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

  • Location: Meyrin (Geneva area)
  • Contract Type: 5-month fixed-term contract (Internship)
  • Start Date: September 2026

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

In close partnership with our Group Technology department, Maisons, and regions, you will ensure the successful implementation of our procurement policies and global sourcing strategies.

Contribute to Global Category Management:

  • Market Intelligence: Support category intelligence management, including category analysis, spend and risk analysis and best practices identification, to facilitate the implementation of category strategies across the organisation
  • Supplier Relations: Support the management of the preferred suppliers list
  • Value Creation: Propose value creation initiatives, such as rationalization opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Performance: Contribute to enhancing category performance reporting.

Support stakeholders in their sourcing and supplier management activities:

  • Advisory: Collaborate closely with stakeholders and advise them on optimal sourcing strategies
  • Process Execution: Actively contribute to defining technical/business requirements and performing procurement actions in accordance with Group policies.
  • Full Sourcing Support: Provide comprehensive procurement support for technology-related needs:
    • Negotiate the best conditions TCO-wise (pricing, terms and conditions, SLA, etc.)
    • Provide procurement support throughout technology projects, including managing RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, as well as contract renewals.
    • Ensure compliance with the negotiated terms.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • You are a proactive team player who communicates clearly and brings positive energy to collaborative goals.
  • You are naturally curious, highly structured, and possess strong analytical skills.
  • You are fluent in both English and French (written and spoken).
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel (for data and spend analysis) and PowerPoint (for clear presentations).
  • You are in your 4th or, ideally, 5th year of a Master’s degree majoring in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related business field.
  • You have an active internship agreement (convention de stage) with your school or university.
  • You are available for a 5-month internship starting in September 2026.

WHAT MAKES OUR GROUP DIFFERENT?
This is a premium opportunity to discover and contribute to both projects and category management within a leading global luxury group. You will join a diverse, dynamic, and highly supportive team working in an international environment where innovation and heritage meet.

YOUR JOURNEY WITH US

  • First Contact: If your application is selected, our recruitment team will reach out to you within one week for a brief, informal introductory call.
  • First Interview: A formal interview with our Recruiter to discuss your background and motivations.
