The role will work closely with the Regional HRD, NEA and Regional/Market HR Leaders to create and implement Talent strategy for our dynamic region. Our key priority is to ensure success in terms of attracting, developing, and retaining talents and to build a sustainable pipeline of both internal and external candidates for current and future roles.

This role will be a catalyst in conceptualizing and driving a new wave of talent acquisition and talent management initiatives and embrace and share new practices and behaviors among the HR community. Strong partnership with the Learning & Development function is critical to synergize efforts and scale resources on talent development for effective capability development.

Success in this role will also be demonstrated by effective adoption and execution of the Group’s Talent strategy in close collaboration with the Maisons and Richemont Regional functions (RRF).

HOW YOU WILL CREATE AN IMPACT

Talent Strategy and Partnership

  • Create and execute holistic talent strategies - including Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Talent Management - that leverage potential to attract and acquire the right talent through innovative channels, in alignment with the global vision.

  • Bring value in terms of strategic partnership with the business by providing market trends and talent insights to the business and the HR community.

  • You will be a purveyor of Talent and actively participate in various global or regional initiatives aimed at optimizing and elevating our function and business

Talent Management and Development

  • Lead the annual Performance, Development and Talent Cycle in close partnership with HRBPs in Richemont and maisons, supporting employees to fully embracing a meaningful journey of performance and career growth.

  • Proactively build and nurture robust internal and external talent pools to secure top-tier talent, ensuring operational business continuity while addressing immediate business needs and supporting long-term succession planning.

  • Lead the annual Talent Cycle by partnering closely with HRBPs in RRF and maisons, ensure execution excellence on development plans and succession planning.

  • Accelerate Internal mobility by leading the NEA cross-maisons and cross-markets talent exchange discussions.

  • Partner with Learning & Development team to ensure design and delivery of development programs that are in alignment with the talent strategy.

Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding

  • Manage the NEA Talent Acquisition team, building a team of experts to support both Richemont functions and Maison recruitment needs across all vacancy types.

  • Develop and drive an impactful regional and local employer branding strategy; collaborate with APAC and Group Employer Branding teams to partner with top universities and educational institutions, and drive innovative events that elevate Richemont’s attractiveness as an employer of choice.

  • Oversee the tracking and implementation of related Talent acquisition KPIs and metrics for improvement

  • Lead the external recruitment agency partnership model, and annual review.

  • Budget management of related agency spend and Talent Acquisition projects.

  • Individually be responsible for multiple recruitment cases per year on critical vacancies

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, preferably gained from luxury retail environment.

  • Has a track record of leading teams in fast pace & high-volume organizations.

  • Retail/Luxury experience is a plus but is not mandatory.

  • Strong knowledge and experience in local practices and policies in Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan is an advantage.

  • A strong relationship builder with ability to engage and influence senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Able to manage well both strategic and operational tasks in a fast-paced, matrix, and multi-brand environment.

  • Ability to drive business value through innovative and effective talent initiatives.

  • Excellent command of oral and written English.
