RETAIL & E-COMMERCE EXPERIENCE INTERN – 6 MONTHS INTERNSHIP – GENEVA

How long, when and with whom?

According to your affinity, you will join our departments for:

6 MONTHS INTERNSHIPS starting in JULY in GENEVA, SWITZERLAND.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT ?

Website Operations & Content

  • Support the Content and Omnichannel Experience Project Manager in coordinating the editorial calendar, ensuring smooth customer journeys and Maison-aligned messaging.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, product, markets) to guarantee on-time content and activations delivery.

  • Manage engraving requests and consolidate feedback from markets.

  • Contribute to catalog maintenance (product updates, assortments, visibility) and support the launch of new products online.

  • Monitor website performance and user experience, identifying improvement opportunities.

Retail Tools & Digital Operations

  • Support the team in monitoring and improving retail digital tools

  • Assist in building and maintaining regular reports

  • Follow up on tickets and coordinate with IT and external partners to ensure timely resolution of issues.

  • Participate in testing phases (UAT) for new features and tools enhancements.

  • Contribute to the documentation of processes and best practices for retail digital tools

The role may involve ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities within the broader retail function.

WHAT ABOUT YOU ?

  • You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree and are looking for a 6-month internship. You have a first experience in e-commerce or digital project management. Exposure to the luxury industry or fine watchmaking is a plus.

  • You are fluent in English and French; another language is a strong advantage.

  • You demonstrate excellent organizational skills and a high level of rigor, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously,
