Overview
The objective of this role is to cultivate exceptional client relationships, deliver unparalleled service, and achieve individual sales objectives by providing a personalized and memorable experience for every client.
Primary Responsibilities
Warmly welcome, engage, and build lasting relationships with local and international clients, ensuring their loyalty to Delvaux.
Drive sales performance and achieve commercial targets through expert product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and an exceptional client journey.
Maintain an impeccable sales environment, ensuring product availability and presentation meet the highest brand standards to enhance the client experience.
Actively contribute to the continuous elevation of service quality and hospitality, anticipating client needs and exceeding expectations.
Develop profound knowledge and understanding of our exquisite product lines, enabling compelling storytelling and fostering deep connections with clients to drive engagement and sales.
Embody the brand's prestige and values, upholding the highest standards of visual merchandising, boutique presentation, and Delvaux's distinguished image.
Provide valuable insights to management regarding client preferences, market trends, and product performance, gathered through meaningful client interactions.
Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail, with a proven track record in client relationship management.
Impeccable presentation, a genuine passion for the brand, and a commitment to delivering excellence.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills, with proficiency in relevant computer applications.
Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a significant asset.
