YOUR MISSION:
You will be the guardian of our most exclusive space, leading the commercial experience for our discerning collectors and VIC clients discovering the soul of Jaeger-LeCoultre through intimate encounters with our Grande Complication masterpieces and the artisans who bring them to life. You will work closely and in full partnership with our client experience & hospitality teams, while contributing to the commercial success of our High watchmaking collections.

WHAT WILL YOU DO AND HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Main Responsibilities:

VIC Client Development at our Manufacture

  • Ensure exceptional VIC client treatment from initial contact through post-visit follow-up, fostering close collaboration with market teams and HQ departments
  • Prepare the VIC Manufacture visit to ensure the right experience (ex. timepiece curation)
  • Presentation of Grande Complication timepieces to VIC under the guidance of our Head of VIC Development
  • Consolidate data and insights to facilitate client follow-up with close collaboration between markets and other HQ teams
  • Prepare reporting on the commercial impact of our Manufacture Lounge

Lounge Commercial Operations Excellence

  • Manage day-to-day commercial operations of the Manufacture Lounge (including invoicing, CS, straps, stock management, compliance)
  • Centralise and coordinate VICs Manufacture Lounge visits with multiple stakeholders (e.g. Client Experience Team, CRM, Hospitality)
  • Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the Manufacture Lounge ambiance

Share with our clients our Maison & timepieces savoir-faire

  • Articulate the artistry behind perpetual calendars, tourbillons, minute repeaters, and our most intricate horological achievements
  • Translate 190 years of savoir-faire into experiences that resonate with collectors worldwide
  • Share the unique story of our Manufacture, where every component is conceived, crafted, and assembled under one roof
  • Bridge the worlds of technical mastery and emotional wonder through compelling narratives

WHAT ABOUT YOU?

  • Team-oriented mindset with strong leadership and coordination abilities
  • Experience managing premium client experiences and operational logistics
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining collaborative spirit with internal teams
  • Fluent in French and English (other languages are strong advantages)
  • Client and service orientation, operational excellence
  • Strong retail understanding & storytelling mastery
  • Sensitive to details & watch enthusiast

  • Capacity to understand multicultural environment
