The Group Internal Communication Senior Manager works with a business partnership mindset, to collaborate with the Group HR department on all HR to HR and HR to employee communications, in line with the HR vision.
Able to work independently and take decisions based on best practice knowledge and expertise, the role holder will assist in advancing connectivity of the HR function via best-practice communication principles, while working seamlessly with the wider Group Communication team on HR communication for all employees at the Group.
Due to the nature of the close collaboration required with Group HR, the Group Internal Communication Senior Manager will also functionally report to the Chief People Officer. As such he or she will be expected to sit in a number of Group HR Meetings to ensure perfect understanding of HR strategy and work hand in hand with Employer Branding.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
The role holder will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic employee communication plans on HR and culture initiatives and overseeing HR communication efforts across the full remit of the Group HR Team (i.e. Comp and Benefits, Talent & Employer Branding, Learning and Development and Digital Operations, etc.) The role holder will be closely aligned with the global HR leadership team centrally at Richemont HQ and across Regions and Maisons.
Designs, develops and executes the global internal communication strategy in alignment with the HR Vision.
Manages the global overview of HR communication requirements, for HR to HR audiences.
Acts as the main point of contact for all HR directors’ communication requirements and provides communications counsel and tactical support to the HR leadership team.
Works in alignment with the Group internal communication team for corporate functions, to set the global HR communication plan for audiences outside HR.
Prioritises and simplifies content to deliver the right HR information to the right people at the right time. Creating tailored packs for Maisons and Regions as required.
Manages translations for all HR content for mass-communication to employees.
Designs and maintains communication planning and execution for the Chief People Officer.
Plans communication activities on a rolling weekly basis, accounting for flexibility as needed.
Responsible for the HR presence on internal digital and print channels. The role holder will optimise and maintain the Human Resources section of the intranet, to ensure all employees have easy access to critical tools and resources to complete personnel activities.
Optimises and maintain HR SharePoint “Share 2.0” in collaboration with Group HR Leadership, ensuring intuitive navigation and content discoverability.
Measures the success of HR communications and proposes ways to innovate and improve when appropriate. Provides a dashboard to the leadership team on a rolling quarterly basis.
Responsible for the production of all HR communication materials/assets and resulting visual identities, aligned to Richemont codes.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Strong creativity and communication expertise – including writing, storytelling, and video content creation. This role must elevate the way we articulate Group HR’s vision.
Solid HR and organisational understanding, with a strong sense of human psychology to communicate effectively across different levels, generations, and environments — from manufacturing to retail.

A true HR Communication Specialist.
Skills and Requirements:
BA or Master Degree in journalism, communication, digital media, visual communications, or a related programme area or 15+ years’ experience in an internal communications, PR or corporate communications function, preferably in a large, matrixed organization.
Ability to advise on communication strategies and latest communication trends through in-depth knowledge of the internal communication field.
Digitally minded, able to work with a Content Management System (CMS) and easily navigate new online platforms.
Required computer software skills: Proficiency in PC-based Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator etc. Also proficient in Microsoft Office 365 basics; Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
Experience leading, developing and executing global internal communication and change communications programmes with multiple stakeholders including senior HR directors.
Ability to function as a leader and individual contributor.
Ability to create strong relationships with communications colleagues across the company.
Must have strong written / verbal / interpersonal communication skills.
Strong executive presence and ability to interface with all levels of the organization, including senior leaders.
Self-motivation to continuously improve self and others.
Exceptional collaboration skills.
Ability to work on several projects simultaneously from concept through completion.
Detail oriented with good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Native or near native fluency in English. Additional European or non-European language an advantage.
