YOUR MISSION:
Execute and contribute to the overall Security strategy in the assigned scope that aligns with the Group Security strategy and long-term business objectives of the assigned organizational unit(s).

- Develop and implement effective employer branding strategies to attract and retain high-quality employees.
- Manage the company’s reputation as an employer, creating engaging content to showcase the company culture.
- Collaborate closely with HR and Marketing teams to ensure a consistent brand message.
- Assist in achieving brand positioning and contribute innovative ideas to brand plans.
- Manage brand(s) and implement brand plans within brand guidelines, analyzing and reporting on brand effectiveness to the business.
- Write and edit content in line with organizational style guidelines for publication on websites and in print.
- Engage stakeholders by identifying their needs, issues, and concerns, and by arranging meetings and events to promote understanding and commitment.
- Develop, test, and maintain procedures and guidelines to support compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Manage partnering relationships with internal clients, building effective working relationships and providing high-quality professional services to support business strategy and plans.
- Identify and report instances of noncompliance with organizational policies and relevant regulatory codes, escalating issues as appropriate.
- Provide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving queries and referring complex issues to others.
- Conduct research using primary data sources, selecting information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends.
- Edit documents in line with organizational style guidelines and prepare information for publication.
- Develop personal capabilities through assessment, development planning, formal and informal training, and coaching.
- Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level required.
- Experience sufficient to handle most situations and advise others.
- Basic experience in coordinating the work of others.
