HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
You will gain practical experience and make a real difference by focusing on these key responsibilities:
Coordination & Project Planning: Take an active role in planning, executing, and monitoring strategic projects across the Group. This includes assisting in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. You will gain hands-on experience to ensure efficient project delivery and contribute to the expansion of Richemont's strategic capabilities.
Stakeholder Communication & Management: Serve as a key point of contact for project-related communications. You will be responsible for interacting with stakeholders from various departments within the Group, providing regular updates on project status, managing expectations, and facilitating effective collaboration to ensure alignment and foster a shared understanding of project goals.
Performance & Financial Reporting: Contribute to the development and delivery of comprehensive project reports, including financial tracking, performance metrics, and progress tracking. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying key trends, assessing project health, and providing data-driven insights to support informed decision-making by project leadership.
Risk Management & Problem Solving: Assist in identifying potential project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and tracking their resolution. You will apply your problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise during project execution, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining project momentum.
Partner Guidance & Facilitation: Guide external partners involved in projects, ensuring they understand their roles, responsibilities, and project methodologies. You will facilitate workshops and meetings, promoting effective teamwork and ensuring successful execution of project initiatives.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
You are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student (Business or Engineering School) with a strong desire to enter the field of Project Management.
You are open-minded, with effective communication skills (in English and ideally in French as well).
You have strong analytical skills, being able to think logically and pay attention to detail. You can easily navigate from a conceptual level of information to a deeper one.
You have a strong team spirit, you are proactive, enthusiastic, and not afraid of new challenges.
You are comfortable working in a group or independently in a hybrid manner with a focus on efficiency and human interactions.
You master Microsoft Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint...
You are effective in coordinating projects and have good problem-solving skills.
Ideally, you also have a financial skills background.
You are available for a 6-month internship as of September 2026.
An internship agreement with your school/university is mandatory.
