1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Define and implement the annual marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives and global brand direction
• Develop 360° campaign plans across product launches, key moments, and client development initiatives
• Ensure consistency in brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget with a strong ROI mindset
2. Public Relations & Communications
• Lead all PR activities including media relations, press releases, and editorial placements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key media, journalists, and industry stakeholders in Korea
• Oversee PR agency performance and ensure high-quality, brand-consistent output
• Drive storytelling around German watchmaking, craftsmanship, and brand heritage
3. Event Management & Client Experience
• Conceptualize and execute high-impact events (VIP, client, and prospect-focused)
• Develop tailored client experiences aligned with brand values and commercial objectives
• Collaborate with boutiques to activate local initiatives that drive traffic and conversion
• Ensure flawless execution and premium experience standards across all activations
4. CRM & Client Development
• Define and execute CRM strategies to recruit, engage, and retain clients across segments (Prospect / Client / VIC)
• Work closely with HQ to leverage data insights and segmentation tools
• Oversee eDM planning and execution, ensuring relevance and personalization
• Monitor CRM performance and continuously optimize client journeys
• Collaborate with external partners and third parties to develop and execute client recruitment activations.
5. Digital & Performance Marketing
• Manage digital channels including paid media (e.g., Kakao, Naver), social platforms, and partnerships
• Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights and performance tracking
• Collaborate with agencies and DMP partners to refine targeting and improve ROI
• Ensure digital presence reflects brand positioning while driving measurable outcomes
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
• Act as the key interface between Korea market, regional teams, and HQ for all marketing-related topics
• Support boutiques with tools, training, and activation ideas
• Align closely with sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives translate into commercial results
7. Visual Merchandising (VM)
• Oversee visual merchandising strategy and execution across all boutiques, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and local relevance
• Collaborate with HQ and regional VM teams to adapt campaigns and product presentations to the Korean market
• Ensure consistency and excellence in boutique presentation, window displays, and in-store storytelling
• Support product launches and key activations through impactful VM implementation
• Work closely with boutique teams to maintain high VM standards and elevate overall client experience
Profile & Qualifications
Experience:
• 7+ years in marketing/communications within luxury, fashion, watch, jewelry, or high-end lifestyle industries
• Proven track record of leading integrated marketing functions
Strategic Capability:
• Strong ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies
• Experience managing full-funnel marketing
Execution Excellence:
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to execute while maintaining strategic oversight
• Strong project management and organizational skills
Client-Centric Mindset:
• Deep understanding of HNW/VIC client expectations
• Experience in CRM-driven environments preferred
Communication Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Korean and English
• Ability to represent the brand with authority and credibility
Leadership & Autonomy:
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of operating independently in a lean organization
• Strong stakeholder management across local and HQ environments
