MAIN PURPOSE

Ensure Cartier visual appearance is always maintained to the highest standard. Implementing guidelines and strategizing new organization of product display depending on events, client typology, POS/Boutique location, etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Implementing and training

In collaboration with the Area Managers and the external VM, maintain high end visual merchandising across 5 boutiques & 25 POS within the market.

- Always implement and maintain exhibition properly, ensuring uniformity of display across multiple POS locations.

- Elaborate comprehensive material to guide and conducts trainings for implementation of the different display animations among the year.

- Adapt design guidelines from Cartier International to local dealers, manage production, and oversee implementation.

- Report properly to HQ the implementation of each animation.

- Handle administrative and logistical tasks, including ordering and dispatching central references to POS.

- Scouts’ markets for Image improvement opportunities (external visuals, local merchandising competencies).

Creative animations

Implement innovative animations (pop-in, façade decor, out of the box) to promote Cartier savoir faire and creations; aligned with local Marketing and Commercial objectives.

- Collaborate creatively with Cartier International CVE team.

- Coordinate with Operations and Boutique teams.

- Manage the construction, prototyping, costs, and timing of activations.

Events

Assist in implementing product placements for events and exhibitions organized by the Commercial Department.

PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, fashion, marketing or similar
  • Relevant experience in visual merchandiser in retail
  • Technical skills / abilities: Proficiency in MS Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools. Fluent in English and Spanish required.
  • Creative and innovative thinker, flexible working hours, willingness to travel, strong communication and high organizational skills
