MAIN PURPOSE
Based in our regional headquarter of Hong Kong, this role will report to our Regional Chief Executive Officer, APAC, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders on a wide variety of strategic and operational tasks, initiatives across the markets, the maisons, the region & the Group. This position will offer exposition to strategic project, providing a learning opportunity for a passionate talent, to contribute to Richemont’s growth in APAC.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
You will have the key responsibilities to the below areas:
1. Executive Strategic Leadership & CEO Enablement
- Serve as the strategic partner to the APAC CEO, shaping the regional agenda and translating it into clear strategic priorities, decision frameworks, and executive communications for Group and Maison leadership.
- Lead the preparation of all critical executive materials (ExCo, Group presentations), ensuring clarity, rigor, and alignment across stakeholders.
- Orchestrate the region’s engagements with HQ (Mid-Year Reviews, Management Visits), driving end-to-end preparation, aligning all functions, and ensuring a cohesive and impactful regional narrative.
- Drive high-priority strategic initiatives across the region, ensuring disciplined execution, clear ownership, and measurable impact.
- Deliver best-in-class analytical outputs (financial modelling, market diagnostics, scenario planning, strategic memos) to support decision-making at the highest level.
- Partner closely with the Chief Financial Officer on regional financial plans, ensuring strategic coherence and robustness of assumptions. Support the preparation of APAC budget presentations to Group, strengthening the narrative, and stress-testing key drivers.
2. Watch Maisons - Wholesale Distribution & Business Development
- Act as APAC watch maisons coordinator: Drive exchange across Maisons on wholesale distribution strategy, commercial positioning, and network planning by facilitating structured cross-Maison dialogue, market intelligence sharing, and consolidated regional reporting.
- Act as a senior counterpart in complex retailer situations, facilitating resolution of overlaps or conflicts while protecting brand equity and commercial interests.
- Support and follow-up on the regional wholesale distribution strategy for the Watch Maisons, covering multi-year planning, partner portfolio governance, and new market development across the APAC perimeter.
- Manage and develop the Business Development Manager, North Asia - providing strategic direction, coaching and performance oversight.
3. Organizational Transformation & Cross-Functional Initiatives
- Lead large-scale, cross-Maison transformation programs (distribution model evolution, market integration), driving alignment across 19 Maisons and regional functions.
- Establish and enforce strong governance across initiatives: define milestones, track delivery, proactively identify risks, and escalate decisively when required.
- Translate complex, multi-stakeholder inputs into clear, actionable regional strategies and execution roadmaps
4. Senior Stakeholder Management & External Engagement
- Build and maintain high-trust relationships with Maison CEOs/MDs, regional function heads, and Group stakeholders, acting as a trusted strategic partner.
- Represent Richemont APAC in external discussions with key partners, landlords, and strategic counterparts.
- Influence senior stakeholders across functions and geographies to drive alignment, and ensure executional excellence of regional priorities.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
What experience & background do you need to succeed:
- 5-7 years of progressive experience spanning top-tier strategy consulting, corporate strategy; in-house luxury or consumer goods experience is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated track record of operating at C-suite level — with a reputation for intellectual rigor, delivery excellence and discretion.
- Good knowledge of the APAC luxury landscape: market dynamics, retail ecosystem, and competitive environment across Greater China, Northeast Asia, South Korea and SEAO.
- Prior exposure to organizational transformation, large-scale strategic projects or commercial business development in a complex, matrixed multinational environment.
- MBA/master’s degree from a globally recognized institution, ideally complemented by an undergraduate degree in business, economics, engineering or a related field.

- Strategic thinking: ability to operate fluidly between macro-level vision and granular operational detail, with strong financial and commercial acumen.
- Outstanding communication and influence: able to craft and deliver compelling narratives to Exco, Group leadership and external partners — in writing, in presentations and in person.
- First-rate analytical capabilities: financial modelling, scenario planning, market sizing, business case construction and executive-level synthesis.
- High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management skills: trusted by executives, credible with Maison leaders, effective across cultures and seniority levels.
- Rigorous execution discipline: structured project management, ability to drive complex multi-stakeholder workstreams to completion under pressure.
- Ability to navigate within highly complex, multi-Maison and cross-functional organisational environments, driving alignment across diverse stakeholders.
- Strong judgment and discipline in handling highly confidential and sensitive information at executive level, with absolute discretion and integrity.
- High competence on office pack tools notably – word, excel and powerpoint
- Fluency in English is essential; Asian or French languages are a plus. Willingness and ability to travel internationally across the APAC region.
