Dynamic, rigorous and communicative, you are recognized for your ability to manage several subjects at the same time.

What do we expect from you?

The CS Administrator is responsible for managing Client Services administration for the boutique and coordinating repair flows with workshops. He/She supports Sales Associates to provide an exceptional client experience and act as a key point of contact for all client service follow-up. The CS administrator also contributes to the smooth running of boutique operations and supports the jeweler with both client-facing and back-office activities, combining agility, precision and service excellence.

A key position in the organization of the boutique, the CS Administrator will have 4 main missions:

  • Client Services as the main pillar
  • Client Experience and in-store journey in collaboration with Sales Associates and Boutique Management
  • Operations as one of the three members of the Boutique Operations teams to drive operational excellence and
  • Maison Identity & expertise in line with all Maison boutique team members
